First of all, losing Tummy fat is not as hard as people say; it does not require some out the box workout that only the rich have access to, you can easily do it from the comforts of your own home.
However, you must be cautious and stay away from those greasy foods! Blah Blah Blah, you've probably heard it before, but it is guaranteed that if you start eating more often, but eating healthy foods more often - you may save yourself a great deal of lost work.

#1 Workout
Believe it or not, Jump roping is great. This one of the most effective workouts you can do besides jogging, running, simply because you are losing "overall" body fat, not just stomach fat (which is pretty impossible to do, if you are not losing fat in other parts of your body).
You want to jump rope in the morning when you can lose up to 300% more body fat then other parts of the day, jump rope, and the amount of fat you'll lose depends on the intensity of how you jump rope.
#2 Workout
Many people overlook this workout because they do not believe it's all that effective, that being said Plyojumps work. Make sure that you find a soft surface and jump as high as you can, doing arm circles when you are in the air.
The more often you jump and expose, the more calories and fat you'll burn, of course you are probably looking for something that tones and strengthens the tummy while it burns stomach fat as well.
#3 Work out
This is one of my favorite workouts, Ball Pikes. Have you ever heard of them? You can try to look them up to get a detailed description, but you basically get a huge ball, put your shins over them in sort of a push-up position and bring your legs to your chest like you're squatting horizontally. Then go into push up position using the ball and facing the ground.
It's a great work out that can reduce the fat and tone your stomach as well!
