Over the past few months I have noticed several of my clients boost the size of their penis's with the use of two simple exercises that can be used in the comfort of your own home and with just your hands.  It beats spending a ton of cash on products and makes you focus more on your health, so a balanced diet with vitamins that will help support your growth rate makes for more of an easy ride.  I have tried this out on myself also with great success over a period of about a month.

Before you start the exercises it's a must that you actually take note of what you are doing, so be sure to keep a journal close by which will make you see your actual results unfold everyday.  It's been proven time and time again that this technique works.

Ok so the first of the exercises is the Jelq this will allow you to lengthen your little guy over a matter of weeks, all you do is take your thumb and fore finger in the shape of a circle, place over the base of your manhood and pull down in a milking type fashion.  This should be done 5 times with each hand for a total of around 40 times.  The next exercise will help you increase your width, all you do is cup the base of the penis and squeeze so that the blood rushes to the head, this will increase blood flow.  Do this 5 times with each hand for around 10 minutes.
